Information we handle
If you create an account, we handle your name, email address, sign-in credentials or information supplied by your chosen sign-in provider, and your saved stickers. If you order while signed in, we associate your order items, payment status, and totals with your account. Checkout collects the details needed to process payment and ship your order, including your shipping address. Our payment provider, Stripe, handles card payment details; Peel Please does not receive your full card number.
If you contact support, we receive your message and account email address so we can reply. Our server may also receive routine request information, such as your IP address, browser details, and pages requested, to operate and protect the site.
How information is used
We use this information to provide sign-in and account features, remember favorites, process orders, respond to support requests, and maintain the security and operation of the shop. Your bag is stored in your browser’s local storage so it can remain available between visits.
Service providers and sharing
Stripe processes checkout and payment information. If you choose a social sign-in option, the selected provider helps authenticate your account. We share information with service providers only as needed to run the shop, fulfill orders, and meet legal requirements. Their handling of information is also governed by their own privacy policies.
Cookies and storage
Sign-in uses cookies to keep your session working. Your bag is stored locally in your browser. You can clear cookies and local storage through your browser settings, though this may sign you out or clear your bag.
Your choices
You can shop without creating an account. To ask about the personal information associated with your account, request a correction or deletion, or raise a privacy concern, email info@peelplease.com. Some order information may need to be retained for accounting, dispute resolution, or legal obligations.
